How does purchasing a property from your site work?

You can browse through our inventory of lots on the site and if you like one you can immediately put down a deposit to hold the property. Without a deposit the properties are first come-first served. Once the deposit has been made we will be in touch to finish up the paperwork for either a cash sale or seller financed sale.

Are there any hidden fees when buying land from you?

We are upfront with all of the fees associated with purchasing a property from us. Sometimes we will not know the exact amount for closing costs, but we try to be accurate in our estimates.

Are you a real estate agent?

No, we are not real estate agents. We are real estate investors. We buy and sell vacant land like people buy and sell cars.

Why are your properties so cheap?

We search for off-market deals on vacant land. We get them at a great price and pass along savings to our customers.

Can you keep me help me look for a specific kind of property?

We might be able to help, but we can’t be all things to all people. We mainly focus on rural vacant residential land. Occasionally commercial lots crop up and rarely an industrial lot. Let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll do our best to help you.

How do I know if this is a safe way to purchase property?

Most of our sales go through title companies or real estate attorneys so we will not be holding your money before the title is conveyed. The person handling the title work will also act as escrow agent. They will hold both the property deed and the funds. Once that third party has conveyed the title to the buyer then we get the proceeds of the sale. We only work with reputable people and you will be able to independently verify them.
